About W. David Case
East Tennessee Title Attorney
W. David Case is a title attorney in Sevierville, the county seat of Sevier County, Tennessee, and home to such well known vacation destinations as Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. His practice is limited to real property matters, and he provides real estate related legal services to lenders, title insurance companies, transactional law firms, engineering firms, utility companies, and municipalities.
Prior to coming to Sevier County, Mr. Case worked for Chicago Title Insurance Company in Chicago, Illinois, and is a graduate of the training program for title examiners administered by Chicago Title and Trust Company. He is an approved attorney for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Ticor Title Insurance Co.
David Case is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, the Sevier County Bar Association, and the Tennessee Land Title Association.
David Case has a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Sociology and Spanish), both from the University of Tennessee. David Case has also studied Spanish Literature at the graduate level and speaks Spanish fluently.
